Cosmobet is a casino and sportsbook run by Santeda International B.V. under a Curaçao licence, with more than 9,500 casino games. This Cosmobet casino review starts with withdrawals, then covers the bonus, login, games, licence and player reports, so you can judge it before depositing.
Cosmobet Review: Quick Verdict
Cosmobet is a conditional yes. The main pro is one account for casino, live casino and sports betting with a clear payout rule: its terms say every withdrawal is made within three banking days, and the welcome package needs no code. The main con is the ceiling around that rule: payouts stop at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, the Curaçao regulator’s register lists the licence as “assessment in progress”, and most player complaints concern withdrawals that were delayed, refused or confiscated.

Casino Guru classes Cosmobet casino as a medium-sized casino, with estimated yearly revenue above $5 million (checked November 2026), and both Casino Guru and AskGamblers date it to 2023. It is a Curaçao brand built around crypto, slots and sports rather than a household name.
Cosmobet Withdrawal Time, Limits and Banking
The withdrawal rules sit in section 12 of Cosmobet’s General Terms, last updated on 5 May 2026. The table separates what the terms state from what players report.
| Method (minimum €20) | Time in Cosmobet’s terms | Time players report | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, BCH, USDT, XMR, DASH) | Within 3 banking days | Next day for a £2,500 Bitcoin payout (one review, July 2026) | Not stated |
| Cards and e-wallets (Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller) | Within 3 banking days | Not reported separately | Not stated |
| Bank transfer (SEPA) | Within 3 banking days; not for USD | Within a day, in reviews from January and August 2026 | Intermediary bank charges up to €16 |
How Long a Cosmobet Withdrawal Takes
The Cosmobet withdrawal time in the terms is short: “All withdrawals will be made in 3 (three) banking days”, and bank transfers and other payouts are “processed within three (3) banking days”. The same section lets Cosmobet hold a payout for as long as it needs to check your identity or investigate a suspected breach of the terms, and it can ask for documents at any time, so verify early. Cosmobet’s own profile text on Trustpilot adds that crypto withdrawals are “often processed within minutes”, but that promise does not appear in its terms.
Player reports split two ways. On Trustpilot, a UK reviewer wrote in August 2026 that SEPA payouts arrived “the following day each time” after an ID check, with £268.20 received from a £270 request, and another in July 2026 had £2,500 in Bitcoin the next day. Others describe a £750 SEPA request rejected (July 2026) and a £3,500 Cosmobet withdrawal refused under bonus rules (May 2026). If speed matters most, compare Cosmobet with our list of fast payout casinos.
Cosmobet Minimum Withdrawal and Withdrawal Limits
The Cosmobet minimum withdrawal is €20 or the equivalent in another currency. The maximum per request depends on the payment method, and a request above a method’s limit is paid in instalments. On top of that sit the Cosmobet withdrawal limits: €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, unless a promotion’s own terms say otherwise. VIP players “may have different withdrawal conditions and limits”, and wins above €15,000 can be split into monthly instalments of up to €15,000. Any single bet or spin pays at most €100,000 under the terms; Casino Guru lists no win limit and AskGamblers €200,000, so the terms are the figure to rely on.
Those caps decide how long a big win takes: a €30,000 win needs about two months of payments and a €100,000 win about seven, as the chart at the end of this section shows. Casino Guru and AskGamblers list the same weekly and monthly figures (checked November 2026). A Cosmobet payout goes back to the method you deposited with; another route is approved only case by case after verification.
Cosmobet Deposits and Minimum Deposit
The Cosmobet minimum deposit is €20 or the equivalent. Accounts can hold GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD or BRL, or one of eight cryptocurrencies, from Bitcoin and Ethereum to Monero and Dash. The footer shows Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard logos, but card and e-wallet options appear only once your profile is complete.
Three cashier rules matter. Every deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal; if your bets since the last deposit come to less than three times that deposit, Cosmobet may charge its transaction costs; and payments must come from accounts in your own name. After 365 days without a login, a monthly fee of 5% of the balance, capped at €20 a month, can apply. Our guide to casino payment methods explains how the main options work.
Cosmobet Welcome Bonus and Promotions
The Cosmobet welcome bonus is the Cosmic Welcome Package: up to 400% and up to 1,000 free spins, spread over your first four deposits. Each deposit gets a 100% match up to €500, plus free spins by deposit size. You activate each stage yourself under Profile, then Bonuses, after depositing, and the deposit moves into the bonus balance with the bonus, so both count towards wagering.
Cosmobet Welcome Bonus Breakdown
Here is how one stage works on a €100 deposit, using the figures on the offer page and in section 7 of the terms.
| Step | Value |
|---|---|
| Deposit | €100 (any amount from €20 qualifies) |
| Match | 100% |
| Bonus credited | €100 |
| Playable balance | €200, all in the bonus balance |
| Wagering | 30× deposit plus bonus, within 7 days of activation |
| Total to wager | €6,000 |
| At €0.20 a spin | 30,000 spins |
| Win cap | €1,000, ten times the qualifying deposit |
| Free spins | 100 at $0.10 on The Cosmobet Greatest Catch, valid for 24 hours |
Only slots count, ten named slots are excluded, and the maximum bet while wagering is €5. Withdrawing before the 30× is complete means cancelling the bonus, and winnings above the cap are forfeited. Thirty times the deposit plus bonus is a heavy load for a one-week window; how wagering requirements work shows how to weigh it against other offers.
Cosmobet Bonus Code, Free Spins and No Deposit Bonus
There is no Cosmobet bonus code or Cosmobet promo code for the welcome package. Claim each stage before you bet, because the welcome terms say that if a bet is placed before the bonus is claimed, the bonus will not be added. The offer is limited to one per player, household, IP address, email, address or device.
The Cosmobet free spins follow the deposit: 50 spins for €20 to €99.99, 100 for €100 to €199.99 and 250 for €200 or more, at every stage. Section 7.5 of the terms caps free-spin and no-deposit winnings at €100, but section 12 allows up to €500 for free spins tied to a deposit when no wagering applies, and AskGamblers quotes the €500 figure, so ask support which cap covers the welcome spins. No Cosmobet no deposit bonus was listed on the promotions page on 22 October, 26 October or 2 November 2026.
Other Cosmobet Offers and Cashback
A 200% crypto deposit bonus adds up to €1,000 on your first crypto deposit, with 35× wagering on deposit plus bonus within seven days. Cosmobet cashback returns 10% of a month’s net losses from crypto deposits, requested by email within the first five days of the next month and wagered 30 times within seven days, and the terms cap cashback winnings at five times the cashback. Sports bettors get a separate 150% bonus, covered below. The VIP Club card on the promotions page describes Gold, Platinum and Elite levels and cashback of up to 20% (up to 10% for crypto players), but levels, rates and withdrawal limits are set account by account, with no fixed entry requirements published.
Sign-up Walkthrough at Cosmobet: Login, KYC and First Withdrawal
The Cosmobet sign up form asks for an email address, a username and a password of at least eight characters with an uppercase letter; the Cosmobet register step ends with accepting the terms. The Cosmobet casino login uses the same details, with a Forgot Password link beside it. A new account can deposit crypto straight away; for cards and e-wallets, complete your profile under My Account, then Personal Information, with your name, date of birth, mobile number, country, city and address. Cosmobet’s KYC policy asks for your ID or passport and proof of address no older than six months, and its terms want documents in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet or shown on a video call. Deposit at least €20 and claim the bonus before placing any bet. Before the first withdrawal, finish or cancel the wagering, play the deposit through once and request the payout to the method you deposited with. Our page on how casino financial checks work explains why casinos ask for these documents.
Cosmobet Games and Live Casino
Cosmobet games sit in a lobby that changes by country. On 2 November 2026 the lobby shown to UK visitors counted 9,557 casino games and 510 live games; on 22 October the counters outside the UK read 10,148 and 621. Casino Guru counts 96 providers (checked November 2026). The UK provider filter left out Pragmatic Play’s slots, which the wider lobby lists, so what you can play depends on where you log in.
The Cosmobet slots section is sorted into Popular, Bonus Buy, Megaways and New Games, with studios such as BGaming, Playson, Wazdan, Endorphina and Booming Games in both versions, and mini games have their own tab. Inside the Cosmobet casino lobby, our walk-through of its sections, shows how the menus fit together.
| Live studio | In the live lobby shown to UK visitors (2 Nov 2026) | In the live lobby outside the UK (30 Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Evolution | Yes | Yes |
| Pragmatic Play Live | No | Yes |
| Playtech Live | No | Yes |
| Iconic21 Live | No | Yes |
| PatePlay | No | Yes |
| Skywind Live | Yes | Yes |
| Imagine Live | Yes | Yes |
| LuckyStreak | Yes | Yes |
| SA Gaming | Yes | Yes |
| Winfinity Live | Yes | Yes |
The Cosmobet live casino still differs by country. Outside the UK the live lobby listed 16 studios on 30 October; the lobby shown to UK visitors on 2 November listed 12, without Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, Iconic21 and PatePlay. A search of that UK lobby found Evolution’s Dream Catcher, Immersive Roulette, Lightning Roulette and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, but not Pragmatic Play’s Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, and its roulette shelf also included Live Roulette European, Cabaret Roulette, Auto Roulette and Portomaso Casino Roulette 2.
On 27 October the lobby outside the UK returned ten sic bo results, among them Super Sic Bo, Mega Sic Bo and Gravity Sic Bo, which is why Cosmobet appears among our live sic bo casinos. UK visitors saw classic and Gravity Sic Bo tables on 2 November, but not Super or Mega Sic Bo.
If roulette is your main game, compare these tables with the best live roulette casinos, where the roulette lobbies are set side by side.
Cosmobet Sportsbook
Cosmobet sports betting sits in the same account. The menu lists Sports, Live, E-sports, Virtual sport, Racing, Predictions and Tournaments, and on 2 November the homepage carried football fixtures from Turkey’s Süper Lig and Italy’s Serie A. Cosmobet cash out works while the selections are still active, but the rules exclude slips with odds above 8.0, accumulators of more than seven events, free bets and bets changed with Replace, and Cosmobet can switch it off without notice. The Cosmobet bet builder takes up to 10 markets from a single sport; bet builder bets can’t be cashed out or edited, and one void leg voids the whole bet.
The 150% sports bonus adds up to €1,000, with 15× wagering on deposit plus bonus within 30 days, counting only bets with three or more selections at odds of 1.30 or higher. Free-bet winnings are capped at 15 times the free bet, and the terms let Cosmobet limit stakes or odds for any player without giving a reason. A 200% Express Bet offer for the European Cup runs from 8 September 2026 to 30 January 2027.
Cosmobet Mobile Experience
There is no official Cosmobet app. Apple’s App Store listed none in the UK, Ireland or Canada on 2 November 2026, and the three listings called “Cosmobet” on Google Play came from developers named KLIWEN ITD FIRMA, CAMO APP and rekore studio, each listed at 0+ or 1+ downloads and none naming Santeda. Treat any Cosmobet app download as a look-alike and leave it alone.
The Cosmobet mobile site does the job instead. A phone browser opens m.cosmobet.com, with sign-up and the Cosmobet login at the top and the casino, live casino, mini games and sports sections below, on the same account as the desktop site.
Cosmobet Customer Support
Cosmobet customer service runs through live chat and the address support@cosmobet.com, and Cosmobet describes its support as available 24/7. Its FAQ points urgent questions to Cosmobet live chat and everything else to email. Complaints go to complaints@cosmobet.com and are escalated inside the company if the support team can’t settle them, and under the terms a complaint must be raised within two months of the issue.
Third-party tests are middling. Casino Guru rates the live chat “Average”, with a 10-minute average response over four tests, in English, French and Spanish (checked November 2026). On Trustpilot, a reviewer in September 2025 found no chat agents during UK daytime and another waited 15 minutes, while AskGamblers counts 24/7 live chat among the positives.
Cosmobet Licence, Owner and Player Protection
As for who owns Cosmobet: it is run by Santeda International B.V., company 151296 in Curaçao, with Santeda International Limited in Cyprus as its payment agent. The certificate page linked from the site showed licence OGL/2024/1798/1048 as Active, granted on 14 August 2024, on 22 October 2026. The Curaçao Gaming Authority licence register of 30 October 2026 lists the same licence as “assessment in progress”, the status it shows for 298 licences, so check the current entry before depositing.
Cosmobet sister sites share that licensee: Zizobet, Velobet and Rolletto all name Santeda International B.V. as their operator in their own terms. Our look at Velobet on mobile covers one of them.
A Curaçao licence is not a UK licence. Cosmobet’s terms don’t list the UK among the countries they refuse, and UK-based Trustpilot reviewers describe deposits and payouts during 2026, but the site showed UK visitors an “Access Restricted In Your Region” page in late October 2026 before opening to them again on 2 November. A UK player would have none of the UK’s licensing protections, and the terms let Cosmobet suspend an account that masks its location for up to six months, then keep up to 50% of the remaining deposit.
Curaçao’s National Ordinance on Games of Chance took effect on 24 December 2024, and the regulator’s online gaming page sets out the policies licensees must follow, from player complaints to responsible gaming and testing labs.
| Detail | Cosmobet |
|---|---|
| UK licence | None |
| Player fund protection | Not stated |
| Dispute route | complaints@cosmobet.com, escalated inside the company (compliance@cosmobet.com), then an independent body or the licensing regulator; court cases in Curaçao |
| RNG testing | Described as certified; laboratory not named |
Responsible Gambling Tools at Cosmobet
Cosmobet’s safer-play page lists account limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Time-outs and self-exclusion are requested from the support team rather than set in the account, and the page doesn’t explain how deposit or loss limits are set. A time-out closes the account temporarily, and it reopens on its own when the period ends. Cosmobet self exclusion runs from six months to five years, requested by email, and if you don’t name a period the account is closed for six months.
Enforcement is the weak point in the record. Casino Guru lists a complaint that a player’s account “remained active despite self-declared gambling issues”, an AskGamblers complaint, now marked resolved, describes a self-exclusion request that went unanswered, and a UK reviewer on Trustpilot noted in January 2026 that there were no options for deposit limits. If you need a break, ask for it by email and keep the reply; our responsible gambling guide explains the other tools and where to get help.
What Real Players Say About Cosmobet
The Cosmobet Trustpilot profile had 361 reviews on 2 November 2026, and Cosmobet has replied to 94% of the negative ones, usually asking for account details by email. On the positive side, a reviewer wrote in October 2026 of a “good selection of games” and verification that was “so straight forward”. On the negative side, a Canadian player wrote in April 2026 that the account was closed after approved verification and a C$9,700 balance kept, with only the last deposit minus 20% offered; the terms do allow that refund when Cosmobet suspects fraud.
| Source | What players praise | What players criticise |
|---|---|---|
| Trustpilot (361 reviews, 2 Nov 2026) | Next-day payouts once verified; game choice | Withdrawals rejected or cut under bonus rules; account closures after verification |
| Casino Guru (Safety Index 8.3/10, read 2 Nov 2026) | User feedback “Good” from 25 reviews | 61 complaints: 16 resolved, 44 rejected, 1 unresolved |
| AskGamblers (7/10; players 8.6/10, 2 Nov 2026) | Games, 24/7 live chat, payment choice | Slow withdrawals; 10 complaints |
Casino Guru found no unfair or predatory clauses in the terms and no listing on significant blacklists. The ten Cosmobet complaints Casino Guru shows first mostly concern confiscated winnings and closed accounts, with disputed sums from €144 to £13,000. AskGamblers reports an average complaint lasting 10 days, against 8 across all operators, with most complaints about payments. The two sites count different cases, so 61 and 10 aren’t in conflict: both point at withdrawals as the sore spot.
What Cosmobet Gets Wrong
Beyond the payout ceiling and the cashier small print covered above, the main weakness is inconsistency. On 2 November the terms page on blog.cosmobet.com still cited licence number OGL/2025/4887/5353, which isn’t in the Curaçao register, with a €10 minimum deposit and withdrawal limits of €10,000 a day, €50,000 a week and €100,000 a month; the terms on cosmobet.com, where accounts are opened, say €20, €7,500 and €15,000. Cosmobet’s Trustpilot profile still describes a 330% three-deposit casino package, and the VIP page itself shows placeholder text.
Cosmobet vs Wildies: Bonus, Games and Payouts
Wildies makes a useful comparison because a different company runs it under a different regulator. Cosmobet is operated by Santeda International B.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1798/1048; Wildies is operated by Leva Limited under Anjouan licence ALSI-152406026-FI2, listed as valid until 9 June 2027 on the Anjouan register on 2 November 2026. Wildies’ terms don’t list the UK among restricted countries, but its Anjouan licence validation page named the United Kingdom among excluded territories in October 2026. Both appear in our casino grid.
On bonus value, Wildies has the bigger cash headline: 400% up to €3,250 plus 150 free spins over four deposits, against Cosmobet’s four 100% matches up to €500 each plus up to 1,000 spins. Both ask 30× the deposit plus bonus and cap bonus winnings at ten times the deposit. On a €100 first deposit Wildies adds €150 and needs €7,500 of wagering; Cosmobet adds €100 and needs €6,000. Wildies needs a code at each stage, Cosmobet none.
On games, Cosmobet’s lobby is larger: 9,557 casino games plus 510 live games shown to UK visitors, against 4,606 games in the Wildies catalogue on 2 November, 250 of them live. Wildies’ live games are led by Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution; Cosmobet’s UK lobby has Evolution but not Pragmatic Play Live.
On withdrawal speed, Cosmobet’s main-site rules are the clearer. Its terms promise payment within three banking days with €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month. Wildies’ terms say processing within 72 hours with limits of €2,000 a day, €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month, while its FAQ says 48 business hours with €500, €2,000 and €8,000, and Casino Guru lists the lower set.
On support, Cosmobet offers live chat and a named email address, while Wildies’ contact page promises live chat “whenever available” and email around the clock but publishes no address; Casino Guru lists Wildies’ live chat as 24/7. Overall, Cosmobet suits players who value a larger lobby and higher, clearly stated payout limits, while Wildies suits those who want more bonus cash and Pragmatic Play live tables.
Cosmobet Review: Final Verdict
Cosmobet suits players in countries its terms accept who want crypto, a large slot lobby and Cosmobet sports betting in one account, and who are comfortable with payouts capped at €7,500 a week. It also brings a sportsbook with cash out and bet builder, and accounts in six ordinary currencies or eight cryptocurrencies.
Look elsewhere if you are in the UK and want UK licence protections, if you expect to win more than €15,000 at a time, or if you plan to play bonus money at high stakes, because the complaints behind this Cosmobet casino review centre on payouts that were held back or confiscated, several of them under bonus rules. Before depositing anywhere, our checklist on how to compare live casino sites before depositing covers the points to weigh.
If you do join, complete your KYC verification immediately after registration, and claim the welcome bonus under Profile, then Bonuses, before you place a single bet, because a bet placed first means the bonus is not added.
