Privacy Policy

This page explains what information LivePanthers handles when you use livepanthers.com, why we handle it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We put no outside analytics or advertising trackers on our pages, though we count affiliate clicks ourselves. You don’t need an account to use the site, and we don’t try to identify you from a visit or a click.

Who Is Responsible for Your Data

LivePanthers runs this website and is responsible for your data. You can reach us at [email protected].

When You Visit a Page

Each visit passes through Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site and can read the traffic it carries, and then reaches our server, hosted by Hostinger. As with any website, your browser sends your IP address, browser type and the address of the page you asked for.

Our server doesn’t keep a log of normal page visits. It keeps an error log for about 14 days, and an entry can include an IP address if a request causes an error. Cloudflare keeps its own records under its own policy. We rely on our legitimate interest in delivering the site and keeping it secure.

When You Click an Affiliate Link

Our site records the casino, the page, where on the page the link sits, the time, and whether you’re on a phone, a tablet or a desktop. That record holds no name, email address or IP address, though the click itself sends your IP address to Cloudflare. We use the record to see which pages and links people use, relying on our legitimate interests in measuring our links and earning commission. We keep it for 24 months.

We also add our site’s name, the page and the link’s position to the address we send you to. Where the link has an affiliate programme, this lets the programme see the click came from us, and from where. The programme also gets your IP address and browser details, and may set its own cookies. After that you’re on a site we don’t run, and its own terms and privacy policy apply.

When You Contact Us

You don’t have to contact us to use the site. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you give and whatever you write. We need the email address to reply, and we use your message only for that, which is our legitimate interest in answering you. We delete messages 12 months after we’ve finished dealing with them.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We don’t set cookies for visitors, which is why you won’t see a cookie banner here. A few technical items can still appear in your browser:

  • Cloudflare can set a security cookie if it needs to check that a visit isn’t automated.
  • Cloudflare asks browsers to keep a network error reporting rule for seven days, so it can receive a report if a page fails to load.
  • WordPress saves one note, called wpEmojiSettingsSupports, in your browser’s session storage to check whether it can show emoji. It holds nothing about you and goes when you close the tab.

People who log in to edit the site also get WordPress login cookies.

Who Else Handles This Information

  • Cloudflare handles every visit. For transfers from the UK to the United States it relies on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses as a backup. See its privacy policy.
  • Hostinger runs our server. See its privacy notice.
  • Affiliate programmes and casinos get the details above when you follow a link to them.
  • Our email provider holds any messages you send us.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it. You can also object at any time to uses based on our legitimate interests. We hold very little, so in practice this usually means a message you sent us. Email us and we’ll reply within one month, or tell you if a complex request needs up to two more months.

If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK. If you’re in the EU, you can go to your national data protection authority.

Under-18s

This site is for adults aged 18 or over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes to This Policy

If what we do changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
